Refund Policy

How do I return?

  • To return your pieces, please visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What should I consider?

  • Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition - unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all the tags intact
  • The customer is responsible for the return cost of the items
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in the specified condition
  • These items can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense

What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Earrings
  • Scrunchies
  • Sample Sale Items

Can I contact customer support?

Please use the return center to make your request. You can contact our customer support directly for the following reason:

  • You have received the wrong item
  • You have received a damaged/defective item
  • Your order is lost

For these situations please contact our support team within 48h of receiving your order and we will assist you. All other returns will only be processed at our return center

Can the items be exchanged?

You can exchange your order for another size of the same item. If you want to exchange your order for new styles/items, you must select the store credit option on the return center and buy the new items.

How do I ship back the items?

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the shipping guidelines from us via email. Please note, we are not responsible for items that arrive damaged, items that are lost in transit, items that arrive at a packing station or any other delivery problems faced with the carrier you have chosen. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package and delivery of the package against a signature.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. You will receive your store credit within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
